With reference to my telegram No. 13 of the 16th instant, I have the honour to inform you that all our additional vessels have now been withdrawn, as the Viceroy has agreed to employ competent officers, and has given satisfactory assurances as to the retention of Admiral Li in enforcing new system of patrol.
